Urban Compass

Partnering with Los Angeles Schools, Urban Compass strives to provide a safe and welcoming environment for K-5 students by offering after school and summer programs focusing on mentorship in an effort to keep children in school and on a path towards attending college. Working with Urban Compass, Gray established the F. Gary Gray Filmmaking Workshop, which inspires and supports under-served youth in tell their unique stories through the art of filmmaking.

My Friend’s House Foundation

In addition to providing food, clothing and shelter to those in need, My Friend’s House Foundation also offers several robust social outreach programs such as their Homeless, Senior/Elderly and Prison outreach programs and their Literacy program. While working with My Friend’s House Foundation, Gray has been active in establishing homeless shelters and aid for low- and no-income individuals and families.

Tom Bradley Youth & Family Center 

Gary Gray has been a longstanding supporter of the Tom Bradley Youth and Family Center, which focuses on providing individual and family services for low-income residents and bettering the community through graffiti removal, gang reduction and HIV/Aids prevention. Gray works with victims of domestic violence and is a major contributor to the annual Christmas toy drive.
